Sono sulla spiaggia che sorge alla foce di un torrente chiamato Codula di Luna, e si caratterizza per le sue ripide pareti rocciose e la presenza di grotte e insenature nella parte antistante la battigia.
Famosa per la sua bellezza e particolarità, è stata utilizzata come cornice per la registrazione di molte pellicole del cinema italiano e internazionale.
“Travolti da un insolito destino”, sia nella versione del 1974 con Mariangela Melato, sia nel remake con Madonna come protagonista, è stato girato qui a Cala Luna.

I’m on the beach that comes from the mouth of a stream called Codula of Luna, which is characterized by its steep cliffs and the presence of caves and inlets in the front of the shoreline. 
Famous for its beauty and peculiarity has been used as a framework for the registration of many films of the Italian and international cinema. 
“Swept Away”, either in 1974 with the Italian actress Mariangela Melato, both in the remake with Madonna as the star, was shot here in Cala Luna.
