E’ stato amore a prima vista.
Mi ha accolta in tutta la sua magnificenza, lasciandomi senza parole.
Budapest, avvolta da un’aria di rilassata noncuranza e di abbandono fiducioso, con una vena malinconica e il suo fascino decadente, è unica.
Attraversata dal romantico Danubio, con le colline di Buda a occidente e l’inizio della grande pianura a oriente, è la città più bella della Mitteleuropa.
Adoro la sua architettura fantasiosa e accesa, non solo nei colori ma soprattutto nelle esplosioni decorative. 
Percorro a piedi Vaci Utca, il cuore pulsante della città… c’è qualcosa di nostalgico nei suoi edifici enormi, ogni imponente palazzo rispecchia un’antica grandezza e la malinconia di un passato o di qualcosa che non esiste più.
Semplicemente passeggiare tra le strade di Budapest dà serenità, svelando una grande bellezza e il vero fascino della città.
Indosso un caldo gilet in pelliccia blu cobalto e una maglia in contrasto in un giallo deciso, perfettamente integrata nell’architettura vistosa della città.

It was love at first sight. 
It welcomed me in all its glory, leaving me speechless. 
Budapest, surrounded by an air of relaxed nonchalance and confident abandonment, with a melancholic and its decadent charm, is unique. 
Straddling the Danube River, with the Buda Hills to the west and the Great Plain to the east, Budapest is a gem of a city. 
I love its smashing and flashy architecture, not just for the colors but also for decorative explosions. 
I’m walking in Vaci Utca, the beating heart of the city… there is something nostalgic in its huge buildings, each imposing palace reflects the grandeur and melancholy of a past or something that no longer exists. 
Just stroll through the streets of Budapest gives serenity, revealing a great beauty and the real charm of the city.
