Quando viaggio amo scoprire le tradizioni locali raccogliendo sensazioni ad ogni angolo per poi fonderle  con i colori, gli odori e i sapori del luogo che visito.
Sono molto aperta e curiosa e il mio recente viaggio a Santorini ha lasciato in me ricordi indelebili.
Di questa isola mi ha catturato l’atmosfera, la gentilezza, la nonchalance nel modo di vivere… la capacità dei suoi abitanti di saper godere delle piccole cose con umiltà e autenticità.
Il loro cibo parla della loro cultura, un mix di sapori provenienti dalla cucina mediterranea e orientale, di antichissima tradizione.
In Grecia si gusta piano ogni pietanza, senza fretta,  perchè è un’occasione di socialità fondamentale.
Gli ingredienti sono semplici, le spezie e gli odori dosati con cura per esaltare i sapori. 
Uno dei miei posti preferiti a Perissa, direttamente sulla affascinante spiaggia nera, è stato il Tranquilo bar: un’autentica esplosione di colori e sapori, in un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassata.
Indosso un romantico abito nero sdrammatizzato da accessori coloratissimi, perfettamente in pendant con la location.

Whenever I travel I try to see as much as possible and I love to discover the local traditions collecting sensations at each corner and then merge them with the colors, the smells and the flavors of the place I visit.
I’m very open and curious and my recent trip to Santorini has left indelible memories in me.
I love the atmosphere, the kindness, the nonchalance in the way of life of this island… the ability of its inhabitants to be able to enjoy the little things with humility and authenticity.
Their food speaks of their culture, a mix of flavors from the Mediterranean and Oriental cuisine, a very ancient tradition.Greeks enjoying every dish slowly, without haste, because it is an opportunity for fundamental sociability.
The ingredients are simple, spices and smells dosed carefully to exalt flavors. 
One of my favorite places in Perissa, right on the charming black sand beach, is the Tranquilo bar. 
This restaurant is bursting with color and flavor, in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
