A tratti caotica.

Chaotic in places. Athens is a modern city that can take you back in time with a look at the Acropolis and its majesty.
Impossible to resist the charm of its archaeology and history. The beautiful monuments of the city date back to the immemorial time, alternating with modern buildings of its trendy neighborhoods.
The Plàka is the most beautiful part of Athens under the slopes of the Acropolis, the ancient appearance of the city, the oldest village, inhabited by almost 7000 years. Also known as the “Neighborhood of the Gods”.
The idyllic-looking district, buzzing with activity among the small winding streets, lively and colorful, thanks to the beauty of neoclassical buildings, houses with red-tiled roofs, flowered balconies and manicured gardens.
It is a developed town in no particular order over the centuries. Its appeal is to be found in the set of very different styles, among the painted walls, and the narrow streets, it really seems to be an island.
Among its streets are hidden monuments and Byzantine churches, which alongside shops and restaurants create an environment where present and past harmoniously coexist.
Right in the middle of the neighborhood, we will come before the Choregic Lysicrates monument, built between 334 and 333 BC, one of the earliest examples of the Corinthian style.
Also called the Lantern of Diogenes, a small but elegant round temple with six columns.
Pláka is the perfect place to stroll in a timeless corner.
I’m wearing a cheerful spring coat in frayed tweed, so effortless chic combined with a pair of skinny jeans. I have seen it on Rosegal the online store for women wish to be always on point!
