Perissa è una località balneare che si sviluppa sul lato sud-est dell’isola di Santorini, in Grecia.
Un piccolo villaggio che negli ultimi anni ha assistito ad un enorme movimento turistico. 
L’area è estremamente sviluppata ed offre molteplici servizi moderni e invitanti, pur mantenendo intatto il suo carattere tradizionale ellenico.
Nella piazza del villaggio è situata una delle chiese più grandi dell’isola, la “Timios Stravos”, chiesa della Santa Croce, risalente alla prima metà dell’800, famosa per le sue cinque cupole blu cobalto.
Perissa offre sul lungomare una grande varietà di ristoranti, bar, taverne e alberghi.
Situato nel cuore del villaggio, io ho scelto l’Aqua Blue, l’hotel di design di un’elaganza fatta di un minimalismo ricercato, completamente bianco, rilassante, che affaccia direttamente su un tratto di spiaggia privata della lunga e affascinante distesa di sabbia lavica, la nota “black sand beach”, con una vista unica sul monte Mesa Vouno.
Indosso un abito rosso con accessori oro per una cena a base di pesce al ristorante sulla spiaggia, aspettando il momento più bello, quando il sole comincia a calare e le onde fanno da colonna sonora.

Perissa is a seaside village on the
southeastern coast of Santorini, Greece.
It’s a nice tourist resort witnessing a huge tourist movement.
The area is extremely developed with modern amenities and quite inviting while retaining its strong traditional character.
One of the largest churches on the
island, Timiou Stavrou, famous  for its five blue cobalt domes, can be found in Perissa square. 
The village offers a great variety of restaurants, cafè, taverns and hotels. 
Located in the heart of the village, I chose the Aqua Blue, the elegant design hotel made of sophisticated minimalism, completely white, so relaxing, directly on a private stretch of the long and fascinating  beach of lava sand, note as  “black sand beach“, with a unique view of the Mesa Vouno mountain.
I’m wearing a red dress with gold accessories for a seafood dinner at the beach restaurant, waiting for the best moment, when the sun begins to set with the waves as soundtrack.

Perissa is a beautiful
beach situated 15 km southeast of Fira extending for 7 km on the
southeastern side of Santorini. The beach features unique
charateristics, black sand, crystalline waters and various beach
facilities. However, the enormous rock called Mesa Vouno that rises from
the sea is the main attraction of the beach and the entire area.
Visitors are left spellbound by the stunning view of the rock especially
