Le fantasie tartan, i quadri scozzesi e il check in stile plaid sono tra le tendenze più forti di questo inverno e puntano su uno stile elegantissimo, con una nuova interpretazione di tessuti super classici, da abbinare in un modo del tutto inedito, in un mix tra tradizione e innovazione.
Impossibile non avere nel guardaroba una giacca, un tailleur pantalone o un cappotto in Principe di Galles, per esprimere al massimo la propria eleganza.
Il bello di queste stampe è che sono estremamente versatili e si possono indossare tutti i giorni con un tocco sempre diverso e glamour.
Hanno un sapore maschile, raffinato e contemporaneo. Nel total look sono di caratttere, spezzate con tonalità neutre danno vita ad abbinamenti très chic, ma l’accostamento che preferisco è quello in contrasto con accessori strong. Come nel mio OOTD: un paio di pants a sigaretta stampa Principe di Galles, abbinati ad un blazer in pelliccia e accessori rosso fuoco, per un concetto di femminilità che supera gli stereotipi.
Da tener presente che i finestrati e tutti i pattern a quadretti, tradizionalmente associati a lana e texture pesanti, saranno il fil rouge anche del nostro nuovo guardaroba primavera/estate. Si trasformeranno per la bella stagione in stampe e trame leggerissime, decisamente più urban e piene di colore.

The tartan patterns and the checkered prints, aside from being one of the biggest trends this season, are extremely versatile but also bring an effortlessly cool vibe to an outfit. Great with just about anything and everything, they’re the perfect middle between casual and sophisticated, which is why they work so well with both casual and dressier pieces, and are equally relevant for day and night. 
It is impossible not to have a jacket, a pant suit or a Prince of Wales coat in your wardrobe this winter, to express your elegance to the maximum.
If I had to choose a single pattern to wear this season, checks would definitely be it! The combination that I prefer is the one in contrast with strong accessories. As in my OOTD: a pair of Prince of Wales skinny pants, combined with a furry blazer and vibrant red accessories, for a concept of femininity that goes beyond stereotypes. 
Keep in mind that all the checkered patterns, traditionally associated with wool and heavy textures, will be the common thread of our new spring-summer wardrobe. They will be transformed for the hot season in very light fabrics, more urban and colorful.
