The Charm Of Hidden Italy – The Italian Villages

Beautifully preserved medieval centers, villages overlooking the sea, nestled in green valleys or perched on a mountain: Italy holds a myriad of small villages, places that are worth discovering where every glimpse is a postcard view.
The Italian villages are a gift to be given, over 300 throughout the national territory, all with one common characteristic: they make you fall in love.
Without asking for anything they give themselves away, they give their own story that they let tell the walls, castles, important palaces, and cathedrals.
Small villages where time seems to have stopped in the Middle Ages and life goes by slowly, fascinating hidden places, far from the usual sightseeing, excellent ideas for a day trip in the name of good food, culture and tranquility.
Immersed in the green of the mountains, in Campania, there is Montemarano, full of characteristic alleys, picturesque views, flowered balconies, pastel facades, paved streets, and wonderful panoramic views.
City of festivals and traditions handed down and told with passion by those who live here every day. A reality capable of giving those who visit it the experience of an authentic life dimension, in contact with history and nature.
And while my feet still dance to the pressing rhythm of the castanets and the overwhelming sound of the shawm of the “Montemaranese” the tarantella that everyone here knows how to dance, I know that I will return “richer” at home, because every Italian village is like an open book that tells us about our origins.

Il fascino dell’Italia nascosta – i Borghi Italiani

Centri medievali splendidamente conservati, paesi che si affacciano a strapiombo sul mare, adagiati nelle verdi valli o arroccati su una montagna: l’Italia custodisce una miriade di piccoli borghi, luoghi che vale la pena scoprire ove ogni scorcio è un panorama da cartolina.
I borghi italiani sono un regalo da farsi, oltre 300 in tutto il territorio nazionale, tutti con una caratteristica comune: fanno innamorare.
Senza chiedere nulla si donano, regalano la propria storia che lasciano raccontare alle mura, ai castelli, ai palazzi importanti e alle cattedrali.
Piccoli paesi dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato al medioevo e la vita scorre lenta, affascinanti luoghi nascosti, lontani dai soliti giri turistici, ottimi spunti per gite fuori porta all’insegna della buona cucina, della cultura e della tranquillità.
Immerva nel verde della montagna, in Campania, c’è Montemarano, ricca di vicoli caratteristici, scorci pittoreschi, balconi fioriti, facciate pastello, strade lastricate e meravigliose vedute panoramiche.
Città di feste, sagre e tradizioni tramandate e raccontate con passione da chi la vive e la anima quotidianamente. Una realtà capace di regalare a chi la visita l’esperienza di una dimensione di vita autentica, a contatto con storia e natura.
E mentre i miei piedi ancora ballano al ritmo incalzante delle nacchere e al travolgente suono della ciaramella della “Montemaranese” la tarantella che qui tutti sanno ballare, so che tornerò a casa più “ricca”, perchè ogni borgo italiano è come un libro aperto che ci narra le nostre origini.
