I’m sure you’re seeing it everywhere – the print of summer: gingham!
I have always loved this fun pattern.
Gingham has seriously evolved over the past few years, and no longer solely appears on long dresses that look like tablecloths.  Instead, it’s combined with ruffles, buttons, and bows, to create a feminine silhouette or a flirty party style.
Don’t let gingham’s sweetness fool you, though the symmetrical pattern can also be sexy and sophisticated.
This print is as much of a sartorial indicator of summer as florals, Broderie Anglaise, and sandals. And this season proves no exception.
I have been loving this gingham for summer. It’s lightweight, breezy, and doesn’t cling to me in the heat.
Today, I and my daughter in matching gingham dresses… “like mother like daughter”, because mother and daughter matching outfits are popping up everywhere.
Since every little lady wants to be just like mum, there’s no better time to channel the mini-me look with your little one. Remember, twinning is winning.
Matching mum and daughter outfits is the high street’s hottest craze!
